Location for Appointments

Most of our clinical appointments and minor procedures are located at our city office, WHRIA Level 12, 97-99 Bathurst Street, Sydney, NSW 2000. 

Do I need a referral to see a specialist?

Yes, to claim any Medicare rebates you will need a referral from your GP (valid for 12 months) or specialist (valid for 3 months).

Do I need a referral to see allied health, such as pelvic floor physiotherapy?

No, you do not need a referral to make an appointment. However, if you have been diagnosed with a chronic medical condition and are eligible for Chronic Disease Management (CDM) assistance, your GP can provide you with a special referral form to claim Medicare and private health fund rebates. Your doctor may also choose to include some clinical notes that will be helpful for your visit.

What should I bring to my first appointment/s

• A referral from your doctor or specialist
• A valid Medicare card
• Any results from previous tests e.g. blood tests results, pap smear results, ultrasound results
• A list of medications you are currently taking
• Any imaging results such as MRI, ultrasound, X-rays or other scans. Please bring the originals as well as the reports
• Any other relevant medical reports
